Your trust is sacred to us.

We will not share your information to anyone, anywhere...EVER!

When we email to a group, the recipients will always be in blind carbon copy (bcc:).  Nobody else will see your email address.

When you make a purchase and elect to pay by credit card, the credit card information we obtain is used for that particular transaction only.  We DO NOT keep a database of credit card information.  To repeat customers, thank you for your patience as we would need to ask for your credit card information every time you make a purchase.

All content are treated in a confidential manner and will not be communicated in any form to any 3rd party. All documents, digital or hard-copy, are deleted/destroyed after each job. We do not keep any records of your content.


Merchandise Return Policy

The following applies to purchases from our brick-and-mortar retail store:

  • 10 calendar days from purchase date: Cash return OK.

  • 11-30 calendar days from purchase date: Exchange for store credit only.

  • Beyond 30 calendar days from purchase date: Returns not accepted.

All returned items must be accompanied by receipt.

All returned items must be undamaged and unused, with any packaging/labelling intact. We reserve the right to reject any merchandise deemed not good enough for future sale due to damage, ruined packaging, etc.

Exceptions: Returns not accepted for fresh floral arrangements, incense, tea, perishable goods and items bought at discount.

The following applies to purchases from our online shop:

All items sold online are considered final. Returns/refunds are not accepted for products sold in good faith and delivered in good condition. Claims of damaged, defective or wrong items must be made 7 calendar days after delivery date. We may ask for photographic proof to verify damage, etc. To the best of our ability, we will replace damaged/defective items at no cost to the customer. If replacement is not available, we will issue a refund using the original payment method.

Exceptions: Returns not accepted for incense, tea, perishable goods and items bought at discount (including B-grade items).
